		<description>When I finally dealt with this for reals, I went to court early in the morning. I waited for two hours. At that point a dude stands up to say if you are left here, you are likely not going to get what you want so make it good. I was called first, I pleaded my case almost exactly as detailed above, the judge sympathized because he was a bike rider as well, and reduced the fine to $100. This caused the bet to be an empasse since Justin and I never used the right terminology to say what happened in the case of $100. I take it as a victory.</description>
